I have 2 ways in applying and at the same time saving the geI. This is the only thing that I'm not satisfied with that's why I gave it 4 stars only. I think the battery doesn't hold multiple use. When I first received the device I charged it before using. The only CON I find in this product is that after each use I have to charge it. old and eventually maybe do it 3x a week. I'm using the device twice a week since I'm over 40 yrs. I enjoy all the modalities but still have to see some results with continued use because I only just got it. Its weight is just right-not too light nor heavy. I find the device is really well-made and of good quality. I used the ReStore Anti-aging Conductive Gel with Bio-Active Complex by 7ewellness because the gel is compatible to use with Lumo as what their customer service has informed

I got the Lumo in white variant about 2 weeks ago because I'v noticed that the skin on the sides of my mouth is starting to sag. I now am waiting on the right opportunity to buy their led mask and try their phenix roller too because if the two that i have are any indication of their quality and effectiveness i am more certain that i won't be disappointed bcoz lets face it, nobody likes to get junk and have to return it and go through that nonsensical hassle. What I think they don't do very well however is communicate that fact to their customers enough because honestlyy its not that easy to differentiate them versus another run of the mill made in china crap!! It's been over a year since i got the lumo and six months since i got the venus and its made a difference for me and my clients who i have used it on in my beauty business setting. The two evenskyn devices I got are honestly about the only ones I have come across that claim to be clinical grade and are actually quite effective at results beyond the quality that is already nice. I'm sorry but most of the stuff out there simply does not come close to what we use in our commercial clinics. Every your turn and look nowadays there's a new device coming out promising the world!!! But with evenskyn there's little to no BS.
I have a lot of experience using devices as I work in the beauty industry.
